Nii tore on vahel iseendast kui oma parimast sõbrast rääkida või rääkida endast kolmandas "tema" vormis.
Niisiiis sellel maagilisel hommikul kui ma olin üksinda, esimest korda kui see selle aja jooksul juhtunud on sain ma nautida vaikset ja rahulikku hommikut (Runa ja Jon olid ära USAs ning väiksed lapsed vanaema juures ning suured lapsed oma teiste vanemate juures. ) ning teha iseendale süüa ning süüa ka iseendaga koos (sõnademäng eespool süüa ja süüa kahes eri tähenduses:)) Oh seda õnnelikku päeva!
Sest igaüks vajab aeg-ajalt oma aega, aega eraldatuses ning vaikuses.
Sellele hommikule eelneval õhtul käisin ma nö deidil iseendaga, riietusin ilusti (mitte et ma seda iga kord linna minnes ei teeks) ning jalutasin endaga koos mere ääres ning hiljem istusin ühes imelises paigas Seltjarnesi piiril ning lugesin raamatut ja nautisin tumedat ilma ning seda, kuidas vihmapilved iga natukese aja tagant lähemale triivisid ning lahkusin alles koos vihmaga. Kas see mind morjendas-absoluutselt mitte.
Et sooja saada käisin ka õhtul 11 ajal kohvi joomas ning iseendaga aega veetmas, samal ajal kui kõik teised olid oma sõpradega koos, nautisin mina ka enda parima sõbrannaga aega-iseendaga. Iga kord kui ma sellistel deitidel käin, siis ma naudin neid kõige rohkem (muidugi välja arvatud need kui olen käinud koos Steniga. Need küündivad vaieldamatult minu endaga deitidega samale tasandile. )
Niisiis ma tegin enda hilise hommikusöögi jaoks vahvleid, mis hiljem tulid paremini välja hoopis väga õhuliste pannkookidena (koostisosadeks kookosjahu, mandlijahu, pisut linajahu, vesi, küpsetuspulber, 1 muna, vesi. )
ning proovin ka teha midagi erilist, seega purustasin brokkoli ja kurgi koos kookospiimaga blenderis ära, samal ajal keetsin kinoa ning eraldi Amarathi ja linaseemned ning hiljem segasin kõik kokku ning kuumutasin natuke panni peal, lisades pisut seesamiseemneõli.
Tulemus oli imeline. Just nagu suure rasvasisaldusega dieedi puhul (LCHF-low carbs, high fat) tehtud mousse koos brokkoli, või ning koorega, ning pisut juustuga. Tunne oli sama.
Nii et kui keegi sattus vaimustusse, siis võib järgi proovida mu leiutatud retsepte. Kõik koostisosad tuleb lihtsalt kokku segada. Pisut mustkunsti ka, nali. Ja voila.

I really like cooking for Heli (myself, obviously), because in this case there is just one person to judge for the food and usually she is very satisfied with it.
So this morning, since it was my first time when I was all by myself at home and I had a chance to enjoy the quiet time (because Runa and Jon were in USA, Boston; little kids with their grandma and big kids with their other parents. ) and cook brunch for myself and eat with myself. Of happy day!! Honestly. I love the family, but certainly everybody needs some quiet and peaceful time with themselves every once in a while.
And the night before I had a date with myself. I always like to dress up nicely whenever I go out to town, but I went and had a coffee with myself at 11.pm. while everybody were with their friends I was too, with my best friend: myself. And if I go on dates like these I enjoy these the most. (except of course the ones with Sten. These dates could reach to the level as almost being with myself. )
I also went to sit by the sea, read a book and enjoyed the darkness and almost rainy weather. (which later turned out to be pouring cats and dogs. But did I enjoy it less-no. )
So I made, or at least tried to make waffles, which turned out to be better like panncakes, since I invented my own recipe they were very light and could hardly stick together and also I made this amazing borridge alike mousse with broccoly, cucumber, cocos milk, flax seeds, quinoa, amaranth and with slightly salted seeweed. The mousse turned out to be a little alike LCHF (low carbs, high fat kind of mousse) where you could add broccoly, butter and whipped cream and in additional cheese.
So if anyone is curious to try it out it is very simple you just have to mix all the things together and cook on a pan for a little bit.
